Meet the Team
Rob Boyer
With over 20 years of experience in custom home building, Rob brings a wealth of expertise to the table. His engineering degree from NC State University and professional background, including as Division Manager for a successful regional builder honed his skills and craftsmanship.
Rob's love for the natural beauty of the coastal South Carolina area is evident in his work. True to the Intrinsic Home Builders name, Rob aims to build homes that live in harmony with their surroundings.
His ultimate goal is to create homes that families will enjoy for years to come, and he takes great pride in the legacy he is building. Rob’s relationships and partnerships formed with many local trade partners and real estate brokers bring added value to every Intrinsic homeowner.
When he's not working, Rob can be found enjoying the area's unique surroundings, whether it's fishing on the water or exploring the local culture with his family.
Tressa Clark
Tressa has been creating beautiful homes for over a decade! With a background in sales, customer service, and a keen eye and passion for design, Tressa loves bringing each homeowner's vision to life.
Throughout her career, Tressa has designed hundreds of homes, winning numerous awards, including the HGTV Ultimate House Hunt Kitchen of the Year. Tressa works patiently with homeowners, helping them make confident decisions that they will love for years to come. Tressa takes time to listen and imagine what you envision for your dream home and how that fits in with your lifestyle. Her organization, communication skills, and design eye are simply unmatched.
Outside of work, Tressa enjoys playing golf and pickleball. She loves living in Coastal South Carolina and recommends each newcomer try the soft-shell crab at a local seafood spot in early spring.
Adam Bazzle
Adam is a seasoned drafter with over a decade of expertise in two unique coastal Carolina markets. He began his career in Wilmington, NC, mastering the design and building process. He now calls Bluffton, SC, “home.” Adam's attention to detail ensures a smooth and successful home build right from the start. He always seeks out improvements in the design phase, leading to cost or time savings that benefit everyone.
He enjoys watching the building process, from conception to the finished product. One of the most rewarding parts of his job is when he hears how much clients love their home and knowing he helped bring a home to life. Adam is currently pursuing a Certified Professional Building Designer certificate through American Institute of Building Design.
Outside of work, Adam is a true outdoorsman, and enjoys biking, gardening, fishing, going to the local beaches and attending local festivals with his daughter.
